If you have a systems or software related problem, our support team will first try to identify the cause over the phone and provide a verbal fix immediately; or contact you later by fax, telephone or email. If this is not appropriate, then we'll dial into your site and carry out diagnostics remotely via modem link. When the occasion demands (and it's rare!) we'll have an engineer on site as soon as logistically possible.
