All UK and worldwide P&L waste management software installations covered by one of our Gold, Silver or Standard Maintenance Support Contracts enjoy year-round access to 24/7 technical support from trained P&L technicians, except for Easter Sunday and Christmas Day.

If you have a systems or software related problem, our support team will first try to identify the cause over the phone and provide a verbal fix immediately; or contact you later by fax, telephone or email. If this is not appropriate, then we’ll dial into your site and carry out diagnostics remotely via modem link. When the occasion demands (and it’s rare!) we’ll have an engineer on site as soon as logistically possible.
When phoning for technical support please have the following information and requirements readily available:
1. Your Company name
2. The exact nature of the problem
3. Remote support modem line available
4. Access to an IWS or SKIP2 terminal
