The Job
This position involves providing telesales support for our Sales Team, by making appointments for demonstrations based upon leads from our mailshot database, exhibitions and other sources. Thereafter, you would be responsible for sending written quotations and rigorously following them up to secure orders.

The Person
Should ideally be fully skilled in telephone sales and able to build relationships with clients by telephone is essential. The position requires someone who is personable, professional and reliable; someone who is able to communicate clearly and accurately with colleagues and clients, but also to work effectively on their own initiative. No formal qualifications are required, other than a good secondary education. What is more
important is a good track record in working to, and achieving, performance targets.
