Taking customer service to new heights with Solarvista
P&L Systems Limited are about to radically upgrade how it runs and manages its business, by investing in new systems management software.
The Solarvista 7.0 Business Manager system has been chosen to help raise standards in the areas of service, sales, inventory, contact management and financial departments.
P&L Software Systems’ Managing Director Peter Gardner told us: “Solarvista will improve upon our already high-levels of efficiency, reliability and consistency of customer service. We are introducing the new software over the next six months and applying it into key areas our business.”

More space... more staff...
P&L have been busy recruiting additional staff at their offices in Kidlington, north Oxford – and also creating the office space needed for those extra desks!
The company has been joined by Nick Page as a Business Development Manager. Following a career spent in the Royal Marines, Nick has established over 10 year’s experience of successfully account managing both public and private sector businesses, predominantly within the training industry. Towards the end of last year P&L completed the process of taking over unit 3 Lakesmere Close to provide much-needed additional space. This extra space will provide a new programming room and enable us to implement a single-floor working environment which will better integrate all the departments. The ground floor will then be used for storage and staff facilities.
Unit 3 is in addition to the new Training facility located in Unit 20, which P&L acquired earlier last year.
